ABOUT ABOUT

Creating a Resilient Future: Climate Risk & Commercial Real Estate

The effects of climate change for the built environment are becoming more and more noticeable. Fires, floods, droughts, extreme winds, and other climate-related events are impacting commercial real estate at an alarming rate.

In response, strategies to assess both the likelihood and consequences of climate-related events for properties are imperative. They will be required to create responses to an increased climate risk at the individual property and portfolio level, which impact, amongst others, location decisions, access to capital, data collection & analytics, and development practices.

Join us on May 5th for a panel discussion with experts in real estate investment, ESG, climate risk analytics, and corporate real estate management aimed at helping commercial real estate investors, developers, lenders, corporate users, and other market participants develop actionable strategies to assess climate risk, be better prepared for the consequences of climate change, and achieve a higher resilience for the future.

Join us on May 5th for this forward-looking discussion with leading real estate experts.
