How Best to Develop Close-In East Portland?
Join us at the National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP)'s September meeting to hear your fellow MRED students present their team's redevelopment plan.
Three teams of PSU MRED students have been studying development options for the 3 sites in close-in East Portland:
- 5-block site owned by American Assets REIT at 7th and NE Multnomah
- 2-block site owned by Prosper Portland at NE Oregon and Grand
- 25-block site owned by Menashe Properties at SE 6th and Hawthorne
Following the presentations from all 3 teams, there will be a panel discussion by experienced development experts about trends & opportunities in the Lloyd District + Centeral Eastside.
