Majestic’s newest project, Majestic Tualatin Business Center, is a 227,000 SF industrial warehouse building in Tualatin. Majestic will be standing the exterior walls - also know as tilt-up - on December 11th at 12:00 pm. This type of construction is very interesting and exciting to watch as a large crane lifts the wall panels to put them in place. In the morning when you arrive the site looks like just a concrete floor and by the afternoon the walls are up.
MRED students are invited to get a first-hand look at this project and watch the actual tilt-up of the walls for this project. It's a fascinating process you won't want to miss. Majestic Executive Vice President, Phillip Brown, will share with students about the tilting process and give an overview of his firm and the project. Center for Real Estate Advisory Board member Steven Klein, Managing Partner of Kidder Mathews' Portland office, will share about how they go about leasing industrial space and specifically the work they are doing to lease this project.
