ABOUT ABOUT

Facilitated by Tom Fabrizio.

In any organization, at any level, leaders can create environments that promote conscious interaction. When this occurs learning, productivity, quality, and safety can improve. This is the core of a Lean Enterprise.

This method will focus on giving you the awareness, attitudes, and skills to be an authentic Lean leader. It begins with your ability to manage yourself, then it evolves into your relationship with individuals and teams. It culminates with a discussion of how to create a favorable environment for growth and change.

This event will reveal new and fresh ideas about how to be a Lean Leader. But perhaps even better, it will give you a platform to learn from others. This is an interactive and sharing event based on “Learning Through Dialogue.” Discussion Points:
1.    Managing Yourself: Self-mastery
2.    Managing Relationships
3.    Tools for Authentic Leadership
4.    Conscious Communication
5.    Managing Change
