CEPE’s new online Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certificate program is for professionals of any background in any industry who are seeking to increase their equity lens on issues concerning race, racism, bias, and privilege and their impacts on the workplace. The program provides a strong foundation of DEI concepts that are essential for today’s professionals. Building trust together as a cohort, participants will discuss, unpack and gain an understanding of systems of oppression, privilege, and bias in the workplace - and their impact on non-dominant groups. The non-credit program combines weekly instructor-led live virtual sessions with structured independent learning and reflection.
