About the Project:
Field Office is an urban campus in the City. Field Office will bring a radically new kind of office workspace to Portland in a modern aesthetic, featuring unique indoor / outdoor spaces, abundant amenities and on-site retail.
The project is located in a neighborhood that mixes downtown access and commutability in an authentic neighborhood. Field Office is composed of 300,000 square feet of two mixed-use office and ground-floor retail buildings that surround a central landscaped plaza. Additional landscaped spaces surround the buildings creating areas for building users to gather and work outdoors. Oversized, landscaped balconies are located at the upper office levels and rooftop levels delivering the concept of landscaped workspace throughout the building. Field Office is highly committed to sustainability and is targeting LEED Platinum certification.
The creative vision of Portland-based developer Project⌃ and partner National Real Estate Advisors, with architecture by HACKER, Field Office is designed to advance the evolution of Portland’s office space and is believed to be the first ground-up, urban campus to be developed in the city. Field Office is scheduled for completion in March of 2018.
