On Friday, April 27th, there will be an opportunity for a limited number of students in the Housing Economics class to tour the Villebois master planned community and the Frog Pond development area, both within the City of Wilsonville.
Students will meet at Wilsonville City Hall at 9:00 am for 30-minute orientation and briefing. You will receive a narrated, guided tour of Wilsonville by two local planning officials, returning to City Hall at 12:00pm.
Wilsonville development locations to be presented include:
- Villebois ‘urban village’ development (c. 2600 residential units approaching build-out in about two years)
- Frog Pond residential development (area partially in UGB and partially in Urban Reserve)
- Coffee Creek Industrial Area (Regionally Significant Industrial Area in UGB)
