MRED Real Estate Tour:
Join PSU Center for Real Estate on Friday, April 5 for a tour of Urban Renaissance Group's latest development, Canvas at Press Blocks, located in downtown Portland near Providence Park stadium. Students will gather at the construction site for a working lunch presentation by Krista Bailey of Urban Renaissance Group, representatives from the contractor, Lease Crutcher Lewis, as well as representatives from the design team at GBD Architects, followed by a tour of the construction site. Lunch is sponsored by Urban Renaissance Group and the tour/lunch will run from noon-1:15pm.
The event is free to MRED students, but registration is required here. This tour is open to all MRED students registered for classes in Spring 2019 term. We look forward to having our new Spring 2019 MRED student cohort join the tour to meet our PSU MREDs!
Details to Note:
- Please note, a videographer will be attending the tour to capture some video for the Center for Real Estate, so please attend this tour only if you are fine with being part of the video footage.
- Meet at the Lease Crutcher Lewis job site office on the SE corner of 17th & Taylor – just a few steps north on 17th to the door.
- Parking is VERY limited. Using MAX (stadium station is just a block away), ride share, or carpooling is strongly suggested.
