Celebrate the end of Fall quarter with PSU Center for Real Estate as we tour two of Beam Development and Urban Development + Partners' latest projects, District Office and the Hotel Grand Stark. Following the tour, those students who wish to stay for lunch at the hotel are welcome to (and PSU Center for Real Estate will pick up the bill!).
- Tour Time: 11:45am - 1:00pm
- Lunch (optional): 1:00 - 2:00pm
- Meeting Location: District Office, 555 SE MLK Blvd., Portland (meet at 11:45am sharp in front of project underneath the awning, located mid-way in the block)

This tour is open to only MRED students currently enrolled in classes in fall term, and RSVP is required by Dec. 7th (we may choose to open the tour to a few undergraduate real estate students if there is capacity).
Vaccines or proof of a COVID test within 72 hours of the tour date are required, so please bring proof as well as your ID. Please only sign up to attend if you are 100% sure you can attend.
