The BOMA Real Estate Workshop
Each year students in the PSU Real Estate Development Workshop produce a development plan for a property site in the Portland or Seattle area. In this class students form a real estate development team and produce an original development plan, including the development concept, the market analysis, the conceptual design, economic analysis, capital and operations budget, and management plan.
Polishing Up the North Pearl
Never heard of it? How about over 2,500 housing units plus office, retail and 21st. century industrial buildings currently under development. The PSU Center for Real Estate students have created a development plan for the district and the Melvin Mark property and historic building at NW 17th and Thurman.
