Learn from developers Eric Cress, Urban Development + Partners, & Brad Malsin, Beam Development, about their latest project at Portland's Burnside Bridgehead. Get an overview of the neighborhood and developments occurring, followed by a tour of Block 75, a 10-story blend of “live” and “work” space. Then head to socialize with your fellow MREDs for happy hour at Coopers Hall.
Meeting + Tour:
Meet Friday, April 8, at 2:30pm in the lobby of Eastside Exchange (123 NE 3rd Ave.), next to F&B Café.
The tour will be followed by Happy Hour (exact time TBD but around 4ish) at Coopers Hall, 404 SE 6th Ave, Portland. First drink is on PSU's Center for Real Estate!

Dress Requirements:
Dress for an active construction site. Closed toe shoes and no shorts, please. Students will need to fill out a waiver as well as wear hard hats.
