So many of you have asked, “How do we create this culture?” As a leader, “What works, and what doesn’t work?” We have been asking ourselves those same questions.
As a result, we have teamed up with several very accomplished people to create a BREAKTHROUGH APPROACH to Lean Leadership – one that draws on the experience of the Toyota Production System and many others.
