How can Healthcare organizations sustain Lean?
Sustaining Lean in Healthcare is a puzzle. Everyone has tried has a piece, but not the whole puzzle. That’s why we are bringing together 50 people, each with their own questions and stories, to begin to assemble the answer. The style here will be learning through dialogue, similar to a method known as the World Café ™. It is a simple, enjoyable format drawing on group knowledge where the participant is the expert.
The event will revolve around several small group discussions. Each round is prefaced by a provocative question. After the small groups complete their work, individuals are invited to share insights with the larger group. These insights are visually recorded. The result? More knowledge and understanding than you could ever imagine in such a short period of time. And more questions!
