Please join the PSU Center for Real Estate Alumni Group for an in-person tour of the nearly completed Mercato Grove (formerly Mercantile Village), including units available for lease, community areas, and retail/commercial space. The project, located at the intersection of Kruse Way and Boones Ferry Road in Lake Oswego, consists of 206 apartments, parking for more than 550 vehicles and 50,000 square feet of retail, including dining by the popular restaurant group, Chefstable. Click HERE to read more about the project.
The tour will be led by Deniz Arac (our very own MRED Alumnus) and Damin Tarlow of Trammell Crow Company, as well as Craig Ramey of CenterCal Properties. Join us outdoors at the project site to learn more about the complexities of the project, the unique challenges that arose, and the exciting line up of retail tenants. After the outdoor presentation we will tour the project in small groups.
To address health and safety concerns related to COVID-19, masks will be required to be worn at all times. We ask that attendees practice proper social distancing, and no food or drink will be served. Extra masks and hand sanitizer will be available onsite.
Due to limited space, registration is liminted to 30 alumni - so sign up now! Please RSVP only if you know that you can attend. If you are unable to make the event please consider donating to the PSU Center for Real Estate Alumni Group Scholarship fund HERE.
We look forward to catching up with our fellow alumni!
