ABOUT ABOUT

Join us for a faciiltated discussion and shared insights on leading and engaging your team as we all adjust and adapt to a “new normal” in our world post-global pandemic. Together, we will explore questions including:

  • What have you learned about your self as a leader during times of crises?
  • What has been most beneficial?
  • What is top of mind for you as a leader right now as the world pivots to a new way of being in work with others?
  • How are you ‘being’ as a leader to engage your employees and create a sense of inclusion and belonging for all?

We will share proven leadership behaviors that will contribute to your own successes as a leader during times of uncertainty.

Facilitated by Lori Emerick, CEPE instructor and Principal/Leader of Aspen Group Consulting, a leadership and inclusion consultancy that focuses on helping leaders create high contributing and inclusive cultures. She partners with leaders across multiple industries and provides leadership coaching and development, Diversity & Inclusion consulting, and team and organization development services. Lori has worked internally and externally with leaders across many companies including Nike, Intel, Kaiser Permanente, and Boeing.
