Our Center for Real Estate is the presenting sponsor for the First Real Estate Social Hour (FRESH) Event happening on Thursday, January 24th from 4:30 - 7:30pm.
Complimentary tickets are for 2nd year students and any students NOT taking classes on Thursday night during Winter term (in other words, please do not miss class to attend!).
**Students must also be enrolled in 5 or more credits in Winter term.

About FRESH: The young leader groups of the Portland and Southwest Washington chapters of BOMA, CREW, ICSC, IREM, NAIOP and ULI recognized that there are many cross-over purposes in commercial real estate and decided to get everyone together for an annual “super event” to benefit all (and most importantly be a lot of fun!). The First Real Estate Social Hour – or the first “FRESH” event – was held in January 2013 and is the unique occasion to network with experienced and new professionals and students, interact with peers, share experiences and exchange ideas in a local and relaxed environment. FRESH will continue to provide opportunities for real estate professionals to build relationships, increase industry knowledge and enhance development in leadership. Professionals from all facets of commercial real estate including architecture, asset and property management, brokerage, construction, development, education, finance, marketing, public policy, real estate law and urban planning are encouraged to participate!
