Executive leaders are uniquely positioned to transform their organizations and the communities they touch. To be able to accomplish this, executive leaders must learn to see themselves in new ways — now, and over the course of their careers. Portland State University's Center for Executive and Professional Education's (CEPE) new Executive Leadership program, grounded in current research, is designed to provide the strategies and tools to transform the executive leadership experience.
CEPE's Executive Leadership program is for those who:
- Currently hold an executive leadership position (C-Suite, Executive Director, VP or equivalent) in any industry;
- Possess a minimum of 5 years senior management experience; and
- Can commit to full attendance on the program dates (see schedule here)
This Open House is for those who meet the above eligibility requirements, as well anyone who would like to learn more to spread the word to executive leaders in their network.
