We are happy you will be our guest for a complimentary day of learning and networking. This event is our thank you to all the companies who recruit our students. If you were invited by one of them, we hope you'll enjoy getting to know us at the PSU School of Business.
Why do we call it a 'Talent' Symposium? Because our work and yours centers on talent: You are talent - hr professionals, recruiters and the leaders who play a key role in shaping the culture at your companies. We are cultivating PSU students to be the talent you need to hire, and offering programs to help you develop your talented employees.
This year will include research and practitioner talks, tangible action steps you can use, and breakout idea sharing, centered around Creating a Culture of Equity.
Breakfast, lunch, and recertification credits provided! We are providing 4.5 recertification credits from the Society for Human Resource Management at no charge to you. (HCI pending.)
